Community of Practice

The PRC has a long history of offering Communities of Practice, a strong belief in collaborative learning, and a commitment to supporting EarlyON teams.

Community of Practice (CoP) sessions offer Early Years professionals a platform to share evidence-based resources and strategies on resilience and mental health. These sessions foster peer support, collaboration, and the exchange of best practices, empowering educators to enhance their work with children and families.

The Connect and Reflect Resources below are intended to be ready to use training materials to spark discussion within your teams as a compliment to PRC’s Monthly Communities of Practice for Ottawa EarlyON Professionals across the city.  New Connect and Reflect guides will be added each month throughout 2024 and 2025. For more information or to join our Communities of Practice, please contact: jboyd@parentresource.ca or vmarsh@parentresource.ca
