Bethany Hope Centre will be starting prenatal classes on May 14. It will be an 8 week program that will include topics such as healthy eating and lifestyles in pregnancy, labour and delivery, comfort measures, breastfeeding and the care of your new baby. Pregnant women under age 30 with or without their partner/Dad/support person, are welcome to attend.
These classes will be informative, relaxed and fun! Feel confident in better understanding your pregnancy, knowing what to expect in labour and delivery, and having the skills to look after your baby by registering today!
