PRC Visitor Health Guidelines – In Home Visits (FRP)

PRC Visitor Health Guidelines

Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of everyone who visits and works at PRC.  Kindly review and practice the following guidelines to ensure you are protecting yourself and others:

  • If you or your child(ren) are showing signs or symptoms of illness, you may be asked to leave the Centre.
  • Regularly and thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water or use an alcohol based hand sanitizer.
  • Maintain at least 6 feet distance between yourself and others to avoid spray from coughs, sneezes or while speaking.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth, which will transfer the virus from your hands.
  • If you need to sneeze or cough, please follow good respiratory hygiene by covering your nose and mouth with your bent elbow or use a tissue. Dispose of used tissues immediately in designated garbage cans and wash your hands.
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest information from trusted sources, such as Ottawa Public Health as well as Provincial and Federal health authorities.

The Parent Resource Centre reserves the right to ask visitors to leave its facility at anytime if they do not adhere to the PRC visitor health guidelines as presented, display signs of being unwell, disclose information that would indicate a risk for COVID-19 or show disregard for the safety of others.

PRC Visitor Health Guidelines – Outdoor Activities in the Park

  • As masks are not required outdoors, please consider wearing one when not able to physically distance.
  • If you or your child(ren) are showing signs or symptoms of illness, you may be asked to leave program.
  • Upon arrival, everyone must sanitize their hands prior to participating in programming.
  • Maintain at least 6 feet distance between yourself and others to avoid spray from coughs, sneezes or while speaking.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth, which will transfer the virus from your hands.
  • If you need to sneeze or cough, please follow good respiratory hygiene by covering your nose and mouth with your bent elbow or use a tissue. Dispose of used tissues immediately in designated garbage and re-sanitize your hands.
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest information from trusted sources, such as Ottawa Public Health as well as Provincial and Federal health authorities.

PRC Visitor Health Guidelines – In Home Visits (FRP)

Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our PRC clients and staff. Kindly review and practice the following guidelines to ensure you are protecting yourself and others:

  • If you or your child(ren) are showing signs or symptoms of illness the visit will be rescheduled for another time (either by phone, virtually or in-person).
  • Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol based hand sanitizer or wash them with soap and water.
  • Maintain at least 6 feet distance between yourself and PRC staff during visits.
  • If you need to sneeze or cough, please follow good respiratory hygiene by covering your nose and mouth with your bent elbow or use a tissue.
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest information from trusted sources, such as Ottawa Public Health as well as Provincial and Federal health authorities.

The Parent Resource Centre reserves the right to end and reschedule a meeting at anytime if clients do not adhere to the PRC health guidelines, display signs of being unwell, disclose information that would indicate high risk for Covid-19 or show disregard for the safety of staff.
