At the Parent Resource Centre (PRC), we know that PLAY is one of the most important aspects of early childhood development.
PRC’s FREE Toy Lending Library provides children with the opportunity to bring toys home for a two-week period. Our early childhood development specialists are on-hand to help parents select developmentally appropriate toys for their children at every stage of their early learning.
We love seeing the excitement borrowing toys from our Toy Lending Library brings to your children’s faces!
NEW HOURS: Tuesday & Thursday from 11:00 – 12:30pm and Saturday from 11:30-12:30pm.
Drop by the Parent Resource Centre at 300 Goulburn & Mann Ave to sign up and try some new toys.

The PRC’s FREE Resource Library has many wonderful resource materials to help families learn and grow together.
We house a huge rotating collection of story and activity books and educational materials for children. AND, we have resources for parents too — on early childhood development, parenting, self-regulation and emotions, baby sign language, self-care, yoga, family health, potty training, and so much more. We also have a selection of resources available in French and Arabic.
