Join PRC’s Early Learning Specialist, Joanne Boyd for a two part Community of Practice on Understanding the Foundations of Self-Reg. Let’s look at the principles of self-regulation and start to apply this concept to our work with children and families. Let’s reframe some of the behaviours we see on a daily basis and think about how we can support families to understand the stressors behind behaviour. This presentation will be more of a workshop training format. It will be followed by a part 2 session at a subsequent community of practice in May where we can explore our own stressors, those of children and adults we work with plus how to create self reg environments.
