If offering the best services to children and families is your program’s goal, as the leader, you must consider the needs of all of the partners in the early childhood triad: Yourself, the teachers, and the parents. In this webinar, program culture expert, Chanie Wilschanski will lead you to explore your program with a new lens and strategize to move your program’s services to the next level. You will discover the elements of the trilogy of relationships, including:
- Self : How to find the key paradigm shifts in what you are struggling with today – to see exactly how you can solve it tomorrow
- Teachers: Creating a common language and framework so you can coach and mentor teachers to align with the culture and values in your school.
- Parents: Learn how to articulate the balance between empathy and authority when communicating with parents so you can create a pathway for mutual collaboration
All sessions are 1.5 hours long, and include a brief announcement from our sponsor.
